Make a Plan. Get a Journal and write down exactly what you plan to do and how you plan to loose your weight. Write down how your work out plan whether it be Cardio 3-4 times a week or an aerobics class. What are your weight loss goals? How much weight do you plan on loosing? Map out the start of your weight loss journey all the way to the end. Keep track of your weight every week also keep track of the foods you eat. Write down how you feel.

Focus. Stay focused. Weight Loss is long term. Think about how long it took to put the weight on your body. You more than likely did not put it all on in two weeks and you will not loose all of it in 2 weeks. Be realistic with your weight loss goals. Focus on being healthy not being thin.
