Should We Use the Swine Flu PR to Improve Diets in the US

The Swine Flu Scare in the US seems to be quite disturbing to a good many people, they are really afraid, and yet, rather than inducing fear into our society, we ought to be working to improve the risks and challenges of a widespread outbreak. For instance, we could use this opportunity to get people to change their diets. We all know that a healthy diet and eating certain foods can inhibit the flu and protect your bio-system.

Let me give you a for instance, people should eat more Soup, and they should have one cup of soup or a bowl every day. They should sip the broth, put in some vegetables, and some spices as well. All this is very good for your body, and warm soup during flu season can help prevent the flu. Likewise, folks should drink less soda, less coffee, and they should consider drinking hot tea at least three times a day during flu season.

If folks will be more proactive during flu season, they won’t get themselves into a situation where the flu can easily latch onto them. Of course, it also makes sense to do smart things such as washing your hands with hot soapy water, and not standing around in close quarters with big crowds or lines. And it also makes sense to be wise about flu vaccines.

Indeed, it has amazed me that we are not using this swine flu as a positive public relations play to help educate the masses and get them to eat better. After all, not only will it help prevent the flu, it will also help the bodies of all Americans. And it might cut down on everyone’s healthcare insurance because fewer people will be getting sick and going to the doctor all the time. It just makes sense, and so I hope you will please consider this.
